IN CHARACTER
PHYSICAL AFFECTION: So much yes here. He's very affectionate and doesn't need much reason to express it physically. Anything more intimate he's a lot more awkward with, even fumbling over holding hands with someone he's attracted to but still willing and eager to express his feelings with a touch.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Yes, I'm open to anything up to and including torture or death, depending on the thread. In terms of fights, he has the power to control wind and is pretty powerful, so bear that in mind. However, he doesn't enjoy hurting people and generally won't do any significant harm unless there's no other choice, even if attacked.
RELATIONSHIPS: I love shipping and will try just about anything ship-wise. I'm open to shipping with characters of any gender identity if they have a good connection. Platonic relationships and friendships are also great, as are more confrontational relationships. He's not the type to hold a grudge, but I am fine with negative CR if that's how things work out, and he's not the type to deliberately cause trouble for someone even if he dislikes them.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Very open and easy to read with absolutely nothing stopping any kind of mindreading. If needed, give me a nudge, and I can provide extra details that would be picked up on.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: His canon has no magic; the only thing that might register are his powers.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Nothing significant to note.

Parts of the helmet light up when his powers are active, and internally, it provides a HUD with various information displayed for him. Underneath the costume, he wears a compression suit.
Out of costume: Blond haired, blue-eyed and well-built, he's typically clean-shaven, with his hair tending to be messy. He dresses very casually - think jeans, t-shirts, hoodies and sneakers - and his clothes are generally well-worn and comfortable and often covered with dog hair but otherwise clean. He doesn't wear any jewelry or accessories besides a purple-bordered white wristband/PDA that is used to communicate with the heroes. He's on the shorter side at 175cm (5'9"), particularly when compared to his costumed appearance, which tends to make him seem taller between the heeled boots and helmet with its long fin on top. When using his powers, he glows with a blue aura like all NEXT.
AURAL: Here for both English and Japanese VAs. Loud and cheerful, he tends to be very polite with his speech and has a habit of repeating himself, more so when he's nervous.
OLFACTORY: The occasional hint of aftershave but otherwise he doesn't tend to wear much by way of scents and has good hygiene. A particularly strong nose will pick up the odour of dog and hints of fuel from the jetpack.
DEMEANOUR: Friendly, outgoing and cheerful, he's the type to immediately treat someone as a friend after talking to them for only a few minutes. He's loud and generally excitable and very open with his emotions, be they joy or sorrow or anger, and gives the impression of a large, friendly dog in human form.
